Refund and Cancellation Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refund requests must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
All refunds must be approved by the company.
All refund requests must include reason for requested refund.
Refund request must be in writing, sent to [email protected].
Non-refundable Items:
Once the first coaching session has taken place, either group or one on one, no refunds will be issued.
No refunds will be issued once 20% of any course has been taken.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 7 days, cancellations may incur a fee or may not be possible.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after receiving written notification of intent to discontinue with the program or course, upon approval by company.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
